Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of brambledlavender.com and your membership with Brambled Lavender, operated by Wander and Bloom Enterprises LLC. By subscribing or using our site, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email us at mary@brambledlavender.com.

Brambled Lavender offers three membership tiers billed monthly: Seed at $10 per month, Bloom at $20 per month, and Full Bloom at $35 per month. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. You will be charged on the same date each month based on your original sign-up date.

The Founders Box is a one-time purchase available only during the October 2026 launch window. The Welcome Box is a one-time onboarding box charged at sign-up for new subscribers.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account portal or by emailing mary@brambledlavender.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

If your box arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. We do not accept returns on subscription boxes due to the perishable and curated nature of the products. Digital content and community access are non-refundable.

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the subscriber and are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once your package has been handed off for delivery. If a package is lost or undelivered, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

Brambled Lavender is a space built on dignity, respect, and belonging. All members are expected to treat one another with kindness in all community spaces including Gathering Circles and any digital community platforms. We reserve the right to remove any member whose behavior is harmful, disrespectful, or inconsistent with our community values without refund.

All content on brambledlavender.com including our logo, brand phrases, photography, and written content is owned by Wander and Bloom Enterprises LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Your continued membership after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
